Shipping Methods

Free UK Mainland Delivery
Overview: We offer free delivery of all of our products to customers located on the UK mainland.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes between 2 and 3 working days. The order cutoff for the same-day dispatch is 1:30pm.
Definition of Working Days: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays. For example, if a holiday falls on a weekday, that day will not count as a working day.
Next Working Day Delivery
Overview: We offer a next-working-day delivery option on all of our products to customers located on the UK mainland.
Delivery Time: Delivery takes 1 working day if ordered before the same day as the dispatch cutoff time of 1:30pm.
Definition of Working Days: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays. For example, if a holiday falls on a weekday, that day will not count as a working day. If your order is placed before the 1:30 pm cutoff on Thursday, then your order will be delivered on Friday. If your order is placed before the 1:30pm cutoff on Friday, then your order will be delivered on Monday.
Premium Next-Day Delivery
Overview: For those who need their items sooner, we offer a premium next-day delivery service.
Eligibility: This service applies to select products only.
Order Deadline: To qualify for premium next-day delivery, please place your order before 8 PM on the previous day.
Delivery Time: If your order is placed before the 10pm cut-off time, you can expect your item to arrive the very next day! This service includes weekends. So if you order before 10pm on Saturday, then your order will be delivered on Sunday.
How to Choose Your Delivery Method
During checkout, you will have the option to select either the Free UK Mainland Delivery, Next Working Day Delivery, or Premium Next-Day Delivery based on your needs. Please note that the Premium Next-Day Delivery is not available on all products. Please check on the product page.
Additional Information
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Same Day Dispatch: Same day dispatch means that your order will be picked and packed by our warehouse team and shipped to you the very same day. If your order has missed the cut-off for the same day dispatch, then our warehouse team will pick and pack your order the very next day.
