We take pride in using three popular and reliable delivery partners to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Evri, and Parcelforce, all of which have a proven track record of delivering packages safely and efficiently.

We want our customers to trust our delivery partners and be assured that their orders will arrive promptly. Our website's delivery page provides detailed information about the delivery process, including estimated delivery times and tracking options. We also provide information about the different types of delivery options available to our customers depending on your delivery location.

Among the benefits of shopping with Morris | Trusted Life Appliances is that all orders to the UK Mainland are FREE of charge. We understand that shipping costs can be a burden on our customers, so we offer this option to make shopping with us as affordable and convenient as possible. For areas outside of UK mainland unfortunately it has proved too difficult for us to bear the delivery charge for these zones so for customers with postcodes in Zones 2 or 3, as well as those living in the Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly, charges will apply. Please see the postcodes for the Zonal charges below. **

To ensure that our customers have access to all the information they need, we have made sure that our delivery page is easy to navigate and understand. Customers can view the delivery options available to them before making a purchase, allowing them to make an informed decision about which option is best for their needs. Additionally, we provide regular updates on the status of orders and deliveries, giving our customers peace of mind and confidence in their purchases. Upon dispatch of your order you will be sent your tracking number together with a link to track your order directly, so you can see it's every move.

Returns Information

Changed your mind and no longer want or require your product?


If you have received your order and during this time you have either changed your mind or you no longer require the product(s) then rest assured, we have a 30-day period where you can send the item back to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods for a refund. The return postage costs will be liable by you, and we recommend shipping the items back to us fully insured and tracked, so there are no issues with loss or damage when returning.


A 10% handling charge will also be applied to your refund, as we have to test and restock every item we receive back. For return postage we recommend using parcel2go who offer a wide range of competitive prices for parcel delivery services.


All items that are being returned need to be in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging together with all accessories and manuals. The product must be in its original working condition with no marks or damage. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used and/ or there are any signs of wear or if parts are missing.


Please make sure you complete the returns form and add a copy within your returning item so our returns department can process your this quickly and efficiently.

Do you want to cancel your order?


There is a short 20-minute window before your order starts processing where we can cancel your order. Our customer service team needs to be advised asap by emailing sales@morrisdirect.co.uk or calling on 01562 261026 if you would like to cancel your order. If the order has not started the processing stage, then we will arrange the cancellation for you.


Is your product not working as you expected?


If you find that the item you purchased from us is not working as described or expected then please get in touch with us via our contact form, email address or telephone and our customer service team will be happy to help.


All our products are sold with a minimum of 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, which protects you from any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team who will be on hand to assist you.
